澳洲網球公開賽女雙首輪，台灣女將詹謹瑋與日本搭檔波形純理的組合遭到德法組合瑪麗亞(Tatjana Maria)、芭曼蒂爾(Pauline Parmentier)以6比3、6比1擊敗，也讓台將在今年澳網只剩混雙詹詠然、詹皓晴2組。

詹謹瑋第二次挑戰澳網，與波形純理在首盤兩度遭到破發，以3比6讓出首盤；第二盤則是浪費多達6個破發點，遭對手連下5局，1比6吞敗，詹謹瑋連續2年澳網都在首戰出局。

稍早女單謝淑薇敗給席布庫娃(Dominika Cibulkova)，本屆止步64強，加上詹謹瑋吞敗，也讓台將在本次澳網多遭淘汰，目前僅剩混雙的詹詠然、庫柏特(Lukasz Kubot)組合以及詹皓晴、莫伊(Max Mirnyi)搭檔。

繼2015年大陸的風華高新科技成功收購國內的被動元件廠光頡之後，國巨去年透過旗下智寶入主凱美，並持續買進凱美持股（累計持股已達54.47％）、掌握實質控制權後，凱美在2017一開年又宣布公開收購大毅科，整個產業的併購動能一直不減。

姑不論所謂敵意或是合意併購，以目前被動元件產業的淘汰賽加劇，以及二代不願接班等問題，都是造成被動元件產業併購潮的因素。

國巨於2006年發動奇襲，打算敵意併購大毅科，然收購未果之後，國巨轉房貸利率試算表 本金為單純持股者，總計持股15.93％，卻未擔任一席董監事，雙方緊繃的關係經過這些年的冷卻，在競爭環境持續惡劣之下，似乎重露曙光。

據悉本次收購案由翁啟勝主動提出，翁啟勝考量輩分問題，向國巨董事長陳泰銘提出代為邀約大毅科董座江財寶，雙方的對話可以確定陳泰銘在場，因此理論上國巨與大毅科的關係如果沒有舒緩，應該無法成就這次的會面，且會談的次數不只一次，若要說這回仍是惡意收購的話，理由著實有些牽強。

智寶去年出手收購凱美，直接在市場上敲進凱美股權，凱美創辦人年屆80，管理階層不乏70歲高齡者，凱美強大的客戶群連入主的智寶都為之驚艷，然而再好的客戶群都不敵沒有二代接班的困境，而實際上大毅科也是面臨同樣的問題。

近年被動元件產業競爭加劇，大陸官方更已宣布斥資25億人民幣基金，供作併購各類產業之用，被動元件廠賺的是管理財，要打國際盃只能咬牙繼續往前衝、以擴大領先幅度，今日國巨不趁低檔合併對手，來日就是被對手合併，在各種主客觀因素交互影響之下，才會造就出國巨、或是泛國巨集團不斷端出併購案的情況。

被動元件雖然單價不高，但需求卻是穩健而低速的成長，各類電子產品都會用到，可以說續航力相當強，加上被動元件占電子產品的材料成本BOM表比例不高，客戶不會無端犯險去任意更換供應商，只要坐穩了某個位置，產業地位就很難被撼動，可以說，要出現爆炸性的獲利不易，但細水長流卻很可期。這樣的情況下自然會使得產業出現集中化，持續整併可說是此產業的必然。
